Jinpu-USA Mills standard features include super precision ABEC 7 Spindle Bearings to provide exceptional metal cutting accuracy, long life, low noise and heat. The Spindle Motors are available in 3 or 5Hp/3Ph 220 or 440VAC. Spindle Heads are 16 speed Step Pulley version to 5440rpm or Mechanical Variable Speeds up to 4200rpm with a dual rated 220/440VAC motor. HIGH/LOW, FWD/REV Switch is standard for all Motors, Back Gears are standard for high torque low speed cutting. The Chrome Molybdenum Spindles are tempered and carburized - standard taper options are R8, NMTB#30 or NMTB#40, other options are available per request. The Quills are hard chromed and powered up and down with three feed-rate selections convenient for drilling, tapping, reaming, boring, etc..
Structural integrity is achieved with our unique and innovative casting design produced in our own foundries.
Our Knees are the widest possible with Turcite-B bearing material on the Saddle. The Work Tables are all precision ground and induction hardened - Gibbs are full length with double end adjustment screws and double travel locks ensure maximum rigidity.
Precision hand scraping of all sliding way surfaces insures proper lubrication for smooth accurate motion.
